WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY 2008

Between 1986 to 2007, Lorcan Brereton has photographed 620 weddings.
From this vast experience, he has built up a unique reputation as a master at discrete diplomatic people management on the wedding day. He captures a beautiful mix of high quality casual and formal wedding images in the shortest time possible.

The new Professional Digital Imagery (Raw File) has revolutionised the photographic service, quality and choice now available to brides, but it comes with a high 4 day computer time demand. To maintain this maximum quality service balanced with his highly successful Portrait Studio in Foxrock, Lorcan is limited to only booking a few local South Dublin / Wicklow weddings per year.

2008 wedding prices start at €3,600.00 including vat at 13.5%, for a leather bound album complete with 50 high quality mix of images between colour, black & white and sepia. There after, each extra image in the album costs €15.00 each.

Custom Albums start at €4,200.00 including vat at 13.5% for a custom bound Colour Leather / Celtic pattern / Fabric album complete with 70 high quality mix of images between colour, black & white and sepia. There after, each extra image in the album costs €15.00 each.

Typically, 250 images are taken on the day, which are edited down to 100 – 200 from which you make your selection from a standard black & white thumbnail contact proof sheet. A Colour Proof DVD disc complete with music can be provided for €100.00 which plays on both TV and home PC. Extra copies of this DVD ordered at the same time cost €50.00. Note this disc quality is suitable for viewing only and not for home printing.

Pro quality reprints 5”x7”@ €25.00 each, 10”x8”@ €30.00 each in colour, b&w, sepia for relatives / friends, complete in presentation folder.

PAYMENTS:
A booking Fee of € 500.00 is required to secure the day.
50% of the balance is due the week of the wedding, at the free pre-wedding photo consultation. The remaining balance is due upon collection of the proofs / DVD.
Extras, such as parent albums, reprints, etc are due in full when ordered.

Studio Wedding Package

Lorcan also offers a Studio Only Wedding Portrait Photography package.
For couples seeking lower profile or even lower budget weddings, the combination of the Registry Office Service and a lavish meal in a restaurant for family guests is an ever popular alternative to a big venue splash out.
Just 20 minutes drive south from Dublin’s Registry Office, Lorcan’s purpose built photographic studio caters for large family groups with the convenience of free private parking on site complete with full wheelchair WC / access.
There are three packages for couples to choose from (starting from just €295.00), catering for differing photographic needs, ultimately providing a beautiful album of photos recording the couple and those involved in the special day.

In 2003 Lorcan & Joan expanded their existing business by building a new purpose built, state of the art photographic studio complete with reception and photo gallery. The new studio caters for very large groups as well as commercial photography. Its ground level design is fully wheelchair accessible, incorporating a wheelchair accessible toilet and changing room. This prime location Studio boasts free private parking on site for clients. The studio is situated just off the N11 on the popular 46A Quality Bus Corridor service route CLICK FOR LOCATION MAP.
